01 - 2.6 lbs turkey breast, skin on
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil

03 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
04 - 1 tbsp sweet paprika
05 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1 tsp ground turmeric
07 - 1 tsp ground cumin
08 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
09 - 1 1/2 tsp sea salt

10 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 1 medium onion, sliced
12 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced

→ Additional

13 - 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
14 - 2 tbsp honey
15 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - In a small bowl, mix together ground cinnamon, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and sea salt.
03 - Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the turkey, then coat evenly with the spice blend, pressing it onto the skin and flesh.
04 - Place the turkey in a roasting pan. Arrange the sliced onion, lemon, and minced garlic around and under the turkey.
05 - Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan. Drizzle honey over the turkey.
06 - Cover the pan with foil and roast for 45 minutes.
07 - Remove foil, baste the turkey with pan juices, and continue roasting uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is golden.
08 - Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
