01 - In a medium mixing bowl, add chia seeds, unsweetened cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and sliced almonds. Mix until uniformly incorporated.
02 - Pour in almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and all cocoa powder is fully dissolved.
03 - Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes. Whisk briefly again to evenly distribute chia seeds throughout.
04 - Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
05 - Stir before serving. Transfer to individual serving bowls or glasses.
06 - Top with toasted coconut flakes, chopped roasted almonds, and fresh berries to finish.
