01 - In a medium bowl or mason jar, mix rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
02 - Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb liquid and soften.
03 - In the morning, stir the oat mixture thoroughly. If the texture is too thick, add a splash of milk to achieve desired consistency.
04 - Divide the soaked oats evenly between two serving bowls and top each with mixed berries, banana slices, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut if desired.
05 - Serve immediately, optionally drizzling with additional honey or maple syrup to taste.
