01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pat chickpeas very dry with clean kitchen towel. Remove loose skins for extra crispiness.
03 - Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
04 - Spread chickpeas in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
05 - Mix honey, sriracha, and red pepper flakes in small bowl while chickpeas roast.
06 - Remove chickpeas from oven. Transfer to bowl and toss with honey-chili glaze until evenly coated.
07 - Return glazed chickpeas to baking sheet. Roast additional 5-7 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
08 - Cool completely before serving to achieve maximum crunch.
