06 - Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together honey, Sriracha, and smoked paprika until just warmed and combined. Remove from heat.
07 - Transfer hot chickpeas to a bowl. Pour the honey Sriracha glaze over and toss to coat evenly.
08 - Return chickpeas to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze.
09 - Allow to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
