01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss trimmed green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 16–18 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until beans are blistered and just tender.
05 - Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with toasted sesame seeds or fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
