01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on

02 - 3 tbsp olive oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
04 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
05 - 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
06 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 tsp lemon zest
08 - ½ tsp dried oregano
09 - ½ tsp sea salt
10 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
11 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

12 - Lemon wedges
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
02 - Add shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to absorb flavors.
03 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
04 - Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers, piercing each shrimp twice near the tail and head sections for secure handling.
05 - Grill shrimp skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque throughout. Do not overcook.
06 - Transfer skewers to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley and accompany with lemon wedges for squeezing.
