01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - Arrange the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, combine orange zest and juice, lemon zest and juice, grated ginger, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
04 - Spoon the citrus-ginger mixture evenly over the pears. Dot each pear half with a little butter.
05 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
06 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pears are tender and lightly caramelized.
07 - Serve warm, spooning pan juices over the pears. Optionally, accompany with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.
