01 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down into the skillet. Sear for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
04 - Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey garlic glaze over the fish. Reduce heat to medium and spoon the sauce over the salmon as it cooks for another 3–4 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the sauce is glossy.
05 - Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
