# How to Make It:

02 - Drain vegetables thoroughly and return to the pot. Add 2 tbsp butter and the milk. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, adjusting to taste. Cover to keep warm.
03 - In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter with olive oil. Stir in honey and heat until bubbling and lightly golden, 1–2 minutes.
04 - Pour the honey glaze over the mashed Brussels sprouts and gently fold to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
