01 - Place frozen banana slices in a high-speed blender or food processor.
02 - Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt.
03 - Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. If mixture is too thick, add plant-based milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
04 - For soft-serve texture, serve immediately. For firmer nice cream, transfer to freezer-safe container and freeze 1-2 hours before scooping.
05 - Top with fresh berries, seeds, or drizzle of nut butter if desired.
