07 - 1 teaspoon honey
08 - 1 teaspoon salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and zest, dill, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the lemon-dill marinade, coating all sides evenly.
04 - Let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow flavors to penetrate the fish.
05 - Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
06 - Remove from oven and garnish with fresh lemon slices and dill sprigs. Serve immediately while hot.
