01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Arrange the peach halves, cut side up, in a baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
04 - Drizzle the maple mixture evenly over the peach halves.
05 - Sprinkle sliced almonds, rolled oats, and sea salt on top of each peach half.
06 - Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until peaches are tender and the topping is golden and crisp.
07 - Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.
