01 - 1 lb fresh radishes, trimmed and halved

02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1½ tbsp pure maple syrup
04 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
05 - ½ tsp sea salt
06 - ¼ tsp black pepper

07 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Add halved radishes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the glaze mixture.
04 - Spread radishes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, arranging them cut side down for optimal caramelization.
05 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, until radishes are tender and develop a light golden color.
06 - Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired. Serve warm.
