# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The cucumber makes it incredibly hydrating without that heavy feeling some smoothies leave behind
  • It strikes this perfect balance between sweet pineapple and cool, herbal freshness
  • Takes literally five minutes from start to finish, including cleanup
02 -
  • Overblending mint can make it taste bitter, so pulse just until combined
  • If your cucumber isn't very crisp, your smoothie won't be either
  • Drink this right away, it separates if it sits too long
03 -
  • Use very cold coconut water so your ice doesn't melt too quickly while blending
  • Rub the mint leaves between your fingers before adding them to release more of their oils
