01 - Place pineapple chunks, mango chunks, coconut milk, coconut water, shredded coconut, and maple syrup (if using) into blender jar.
02 - Process on high speed for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if necessary.
03 - Add ice cubes if thicker consistency is desired and blend again until incorporated.
04 - Taste and add additional maple syrup or honey if more sweetness is preferred.
05 - Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with extra shredded coconut or fresh fruit slices if desired.
