01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Place trimmed asparagus in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
03 - Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Toss gently to coat evenly.
04 - Roast 12–15 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized, shaking pan halfway through.
05 - Remove from oven. Sprinkle with lemon zest and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss gently and serve warm.
