01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the broccolini in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sliced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
04 - Roast for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until broccolini is just tender and edges are crisp.
05 - Remove from the oven and immediately toss with lemon zest and juice.
06 - Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with pine nuts and parsley if desired. Serve warm.
