03 - Rub the marinade evenly over the turkey breast, ensuring full coverage. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
04 - Set the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C). Place the marinated turkey breast in a roasting pan.
05 - Roast the turkey for 1 hour 15 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting periodically with pan juices.
06 - Remove turkey from the oven and let it rest, loosely covered with foil, for 10 minutes.
