01 - Place the hulled strawberries, peeled banana, coconut milk, coconut water if using, yogurt, shredded coconut, and preferred sweetener if desired into a blender jar.
02 - Add the ice cubes to the blender on top of the fruit and liquid mixture.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender once or twice if needed.
04 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, maple syrup, or agave as desired. For a thinner consistency, blend in additional coconut water.
05 - Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Garnish with extra shredded coconut or sliced strawberries if desired, and serve immediately.
