# Ingredient List:

01 - 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
02 - 1 small orange, peeled and segmented

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or preferred milk
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

→ Spices & Herbs

05 - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
06 - ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped or ¼ teaspoon dried
07 - ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional to taste

09 - ½ cup ice cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - Place bananas, orange segments, almond milk, lemon juice, turmeric, rosemary, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup if using into the blender container.
02 - Pour ice cubes into the blender with the other ingredients.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
04 - Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup for sweetness or additional lemon juice for brightness if desired.
05 - Pour into two glasses and enjoy right away while chilled.
