02 - Whisk almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until fully incorporated and smooth.
03 - Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir continuously until evenly combined and cohesive.
04 - Using clean hands or a small cookie scoop, portion and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
05 - Arrange on a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until bites are firm.
06 - Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
