Vanilla Bean Baked Peaches (Printable Version)

01 - 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

02 - 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
06 - Pinch of sea salt

→ For Serving (optional)

07 - Vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt
08 - Fresh mint leaves

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Arrange the peach halves, cut side up, in a baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the honey, melted butter, vanilla bean seeds (and pod), cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt.
04 - Drizzle the mixture evenly over the peaches. Nestle the empty vanilla bean pod among the peaches for extra flavor.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the peaches are tender and the juices are bubbling.
06 - Remove the vanilla pod. Serve the peaches warm, topped with ice cream or yogurt and fresh mint if desired.
