02 - In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with sesame oil, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the coated broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp-tender and golden at the edges.
05 - Transfer broccoli to a serving platter. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and optional lemon zest. Serve warm.
